One person builds and maintains walked., and we read every email. If the answer is not below, write to us and you will get a real reply.
Walked. Inc, a Canadian federal corporation (CBCA), corporation number 1800762-4. Registered office: Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We aim to answer within two business days.
The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. To cancel before it ends, open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose walked., then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. You keep access until the trial period is over.
Open the App, bring up the plans screen, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Restoring takes a few seconds and needs a connection just for that moment.
Refunds for anything bought through the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway and we will look at it.
The Wall runs on Apple's own Screen Time system. The first time you raise it, iOS asks you to allow walked. to use Screen Time. You then pick what to guard with Apple's own picker, which can include individual apps, websites, or whole categories. When you open something you have walled off, you get a verse and a way back instead of the app.
Two things worth knowing. First, we never see what you chose. Apple hands the App sealed tokens, not names. Second, you are in control. You raised it, and you can lower it. If you revoke the Screen Time permission in iOS Settings, the wall comes down and the App reflects that.
If the Wall will not arm: check iPhone Settings, then Screen Time, and make sure walked. is still allowed. On a managed or work-configured device, an administrator may block Screen Time entirely.
No. Your journal, prayers, the struggles you pick, what you ask Wayfinder, and what you block all stay on your device. The only things that leave are an anonymous crash report if the App fails, and the purchase information Apple needs to run a subscription. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Neither. There is no sign-up, no login and no password. The complete King James Bible and everything you need for a daily walk are bundled with the App and work fully offline. A connection is only needed to start, restore or manage a subscription.
Open Settings inside the App and use the delete-data control, which clears everything on the device. Deleting the App also removes it. There is no server copy for us to delete. If you want to keep a copy first, export from Settings before you clear.
No. The complete King James Bible, with the Hebrew and Greek underneath it, stays open whether or not you subscribe. Pro carries what we built around it.
Yes. Once you are walking you can share an invitation link with someone who needs the road. It costs you nothing and it does not transfer any part of your own subscription.
Not yet. walked. is iOS first. Android is on the road, and the fastest way to hear about it is the notify list on walked.app.
Please tell us. Scripture accuracy in particular is something we take seriously and will fix quickly. Include your device model, your iOS version, and the App version from Settings if you can.
